Enteractive's myEvent Visitor Portal is a purpose-built portal for registered visitors. Visitors can access the portal at any time (after registration) and can buy tickets, invite colleagues, update their contact details, build a list of favourite Exhibitors and more.
The visitor can purchase tickets to Event Seminars / Gala Dinners at any time (during OR after registration) using the myEvent Portal. They can also download previously purchased tickets at any time.
Registrants can view, search and sort the exhibitor list and then create a list of their favourite exhibitors to take along to the show or access onsite using an iPhone or blackberry device.
Registrants can view a list of other events available through your company and subscribe to receive updates. This can be done in association with a competition to increase uptake.
Visitors can send a message to the exhibitor (via the myEvent portal) and request a meeting. The exhibitor will then receive an email containing a link allowing them to login and repond to the enquiry.
Increase registrations by allowing visitors to invite their colleagues to attend the event by sending them a personalised HTML email. This can be done in association with a competition to increase uptake.
Visitors can update their contact details at any time using the myEvent Portal. This can dramatically decrease support overheads and results in an up-to-date database for future marketing.
