Enteractive provides pre-registration areas allowing express entry for visitors who have pre-registered to attend via an online registration form. Visitors simply print their bar-coded registration confirmation email and bring it along to the event. The barcode is then scanned and a visitor access badge is printed allowing immediate entry into the event.
Enteractive’s fully trained event staff provide a speedy professional service for visitors who register onsite at the event. To ensure the fastest possible turn-around for visitors – their show questionnaire data is entered into their profile at a later stage.
To ensure that your event database kept as up-to-date as possible, we load your data into the registration system and update existing contact data for visitors who have previously attended your event or already exist in your event database.
Once the visitor has their access badge – they proceed to the entrance gate where their name badge is scanned for tracking purposes. Door scanner systems are designed to manage large quantities of attendees in a short time period. Statistics on visitor numbers are available to the organiser immediately.
